Warranty

All of our systems are guaranteed to function for 5 years as designed and that the Radon concentrations in your house will be reduced to below 4.0 pCi/l (annual average).

If an independent Radon test is performed by a NEHA certified measurement provider and the level is found to be elevated, we will conduct our own test (30 day minimum), in accordance to EPA protocol, using a continuous monitor, at no additional charge to you. If the average of our test and the 3^rd party test is at or above 4.0 pCi/L, labor and material necessary to lower the radon levels to below 4.0 pCi/L will be furnished at no additional charge to you.

The warranty is voided if there are structural additions made to the property.

The fan and its components are covered to the extent of the manufacturers’ warranty. SRRT will provide all labor and material necessary to repair of replace material failures or errors in workmanship at no additional cost. In the case of a mechanical failure, we will furnish an additional radon test, according to EPA standards, with a continuous monitor, at no additional charge. This warranty excludes damage caused by fires, floods, storm, wind damage, or "act of God."
