Southern Radon Reduction (SRR) was formed in 2008 to provide radon mitigation in the Atlanta area. We are exclusively dedicated to providing efficient systems by uniquely designing each system for the structure being mitigated.

Matt Koch
Matt began his work in indoor air quality in 2000 working with infrared cameras to locate hidden moisture intrusion in structures. He became International Code Council (ICC) certified as a Residential One and Two family dwelling inspector (e.g., Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electric). The knowledge gained about moisture intrusion lead him to becoming an IAQA certified indoor environmentalist performing several hundred indoor air quality inspections.

In 2003, Matt joined HouseSmart home inspections performing home inspections and radon tests. In the past seven years, he has performed over 3,500 inspections. In addition, Matt has been involved in home renovation and repair for the past 15 years.

• Participant in AARST committee for creation of standard building code for installation of radon mitigation systems in new construction

• Accredited ASHI instructor for CE classes of radon testing and mitigation
• Accredited GA RE commission instructor of 14 CE classes
• Certified EIFS (synthetic stucco) installer and inspector
