Not only do we warrant our mitigation systems for the life of the structure and guarantee results below 2.7 pCi/l, we also guarantee our price! If a qualified contractor,
meeting the conditions below, offers to install a radon mitigation system as specified
in our estimate for a lower price within thirty days, Southern Radon Reduction will
match their price, plus deduct 5% of the cost of installation as a discount!
1. Company must have an established office, a business license and be registered
with the Secretary of State for Georgia (working out of a vehicle, home office or a
post office box does not qualify).
2. Company must use full time, experienced employees, who arrive in a company
vehicle (no subcontractors or day labors).
3. Contractor must have NRSB or NRPP Certified Radon Mitigation employee on
site during activation of mitigation system.
4. Follow up radon test must be performed by an independent NRPP or NRSB certified radon measurement professional.
5. Company must produce proof of $1,000,000 General Liability and Pollution
Insurance minimum, and $100,000 Workman’s Compensation minimum.
6. Company must submit exact specifications as to scope of work, installation
guidelines being followed (EPA 402-R-93-078 or ASTM 2121), materials to be
used, what is warranted, and for how long.
7. Company must warrant that the installed system will reduce the measured radon levels to be below 2.7 pCi/l.
